Hennepin Board Approves Tax Levy

The Hennepin Village Board approved its tax levy Wednesday. The levy has a 4.7 percent increase, meaning the village is not required to have a truth-in-taxation hearing. View the Ordinances page.

• Village president Kevin Coleman reminded residents to move their vehicles off the streets in case of two inches or more of snow.
• The board approved a motion allowing streets and maintenance supervisor Tim Rylko to spend up to $1,500 on a new weed eater and accessories.
