PC’s Harold Fay Named as a District 12 Class 1A Coach of the Year
Putnam County Harold Fay was named as a IBCA Class 1A Coach of the Year for District 12. He led the Panthers to the regional champion and Sweet 16 finish with a 21-15 record.
